Just as you don't invest at the height of the interim market , you don't raise at the Top of the Market either I guess . Would pizz a lot more investor's off than just you.....and most likely would never have attracted the likes of Tolga.

I agree though that it doesn't leave much ' Wriggle ' room unless they can get things moving along in a confidant way which and which would support the conversion of the Options in providing future funding requirements. Otherwise they run the risk that cash runs dry and another raise is required.......
