Oz is great, best country in the world. I have been to other countries and firmly believe we have it good here.
Getting old with poor health and dying is not good no matter where you live.
Going through that process in an old peoples home is at the tail end of the "not fun" distribution.
If I have the money I will have part time personal domestic staff (cooking and cleaning and gardening) and 3 full time round the clock Nursing staff and modify the home as required. I might need that level of care for 1 to 2 years at the end and cost in todays $ say $1M
