    It was an invasion in the true sense of the word, no one asked them to come.

    Spare me the violins of the poor oppressed Iraqies and the US freeing them from their miserable existence. If I believed the US was as interested in the well being of the Iraqi people as you are, I too would support the war.

    Unfortunately I don't believe the well being of the Iraqi people was at the forefront of any reason to invade. The US is only concerned with it's own agenda, if the two happen to coincide then well and good, invaribly however they don't.

    The war has been a clusterf*ck from start to finish, all because it was slapped together to take advantage of the moral outraged caused by 911. No WMD, no terrorists and a US army unable or unwilling to differentiate between friend or foe.

    There was never any support for Saddam, there was always great doubt that the US could, or would, do as they promised. That includes making the world safer, suddenly we're far from it.
