This cant be good. Andrew is being Andrew again. Its crash through or crash. No thought for the reality of the situation. FMG wanted boats desperatly, and it contracted to get those boats ahead of others by striking what has now transpired to be an overly generous remuneration. The circumstances have changed but the contract has not changed. This is a very bad move by FMG in my view and may even be described as petulance.. God help all the shareholders in FMG if they are not going to honour their contracts through thick and thin. Just my opinion.
