AGM Report

It was a very short meeting with no presentation by PC.

All motions were carried.

A few questions were asked....

ON FINANCE:
- PC said they were targeting an initial draw down of funds for the bulk earth works including dam construction
- He added that in order to get the dam constructed by the wet season then that initial draw down needs to happen by the end of September to enable timely on-site mobilisation.

ON THE OPTIONS:
- it was put the the Board that having the options exercised would be a desirable thing for the company. Before handing off to PC, Patrick Burke said he agreed with that proposition.
- PC said that several requests for extension of the options had been received and that the Board had considered this with a "positive" result.

ON NICANDA HILL
- NH is it still a low priority project which PC described as "world class"
