Yeh of course. The infection was imported from China and largely spread by Africans. Without them, Victoria would be completely free of covid. And this is nothing to do with skin colour -- it's to do with culture. There's plenty of Chinese and African Australians who fit into Australian culture just fine. Multiculturalism is not a problem if everyone is roughly on the same page, but when you have people here who are determined to fight the status quo, mayhem ensues.
