No reason for a merger to happen with BOW. Oilex will be fine operating on its own.

Great move if it is a cash raising by OEX. This will help in getting oil production from Indo and Cambay ramped up and into the market.

These guys will be cashflow positive in 2009.

I think shareholders will look back at this in a few years time and realise why this is the right time to do this. (too bad the market is depressed)
