Nice 4c considering the thing has been suspended all this time. Been following closely it seems like a real rollercoaster. From a non holders perspective I can certainly say there seems to be some funny stuff going on right down to this forum.
not holding I have no vested interested and so not emotionally attached, but I'm not sure people posting here are as honest. A few non holders seem very frustrated and angry, and in my profession, that usually means there is an iceberg. You see what's on the surface but the real issues are large and unseen under the water. Both sides also seem to have a lot of connections/inside information that seems very suspicious also? Not entirely sure how HC let's this go? The company itself seems so very reluctant to show all of its comings and goings in a clear manner, usually meaning something to hide, but does that mean it's illegal?

I have a few questions, but if you don't hold I'm sorry your opinion isn't needed, as I don't feel you'd be unbias in you thoughts. Don't worry been doing this long enough to weed through any, male cow manure.

1. Do people feel that the Performance shares were achieved in a morally acceptable manner?
2. Was the NSX deal in the works before the suspension?
3. Do you believe it's possible the NSX interest may be so they can start a new sub company on the NSX that uses their clearing methods to include crypto currencies etc. as they can't being listed on the ASX?
4. There was a vote to delist, how can the BOD now go against this idea if it was voted on? As a holder, didn't you vote to delist? Sorry I wasn't privy to the meeting.
