Thanks mogga for the friendly check. Had been thinking of the Bogo Rd riots of the 80's and the ensuing commission. Prior to those riots the qld police had an international reputation for their brulality. Those riots improved Oz for the better, most acknowleged that. But that was a generation ago, many are fearing that lessons learnt at Bogo Rd are being forgotten.
