    The concern I have:
    If ISX do relist the SP will plummet regardless if they are cash positive. Investors will just want to take the money and go to something else with less noise. Anything slightly positive to keep people interested is surely a priority.
    For every extremely loyal shareholder there would have to be so many more that just want to cash out.
