..plenty of places in Oz still make very ordinary latte... ..there’s probably places selling good coffee in the backpacker areas of Paris......good ideas don’t lie open for too long...but I’m sure there’s still lots of demand for good coffee......or latte in particular... ......observed an English guy making good money doing it on Varkala Beach in India....he rented a small corner in a restaurant that was open for breakfast for his espresso machine ...virtually 1/2 tourist pop was buying one off him every morning and he was charging Melb prices....like $4 in rupees....we were contemplating going into competition further up the beach...went back six months later and the restaurant he had set up in had bought their own machine employed his trained staff and turfed him out......lol
