Swap, Your post is right on the money. Personally I'm not rich or always right and I have a few dog stocks to prove it. However I no longer consider CER a dog stock. This changed and I gave CER a rerating in my mind after the last announcement. I think CER has a better deal than CNP and can now survive without CNP. Most of my CNP has now been converted to CER on what I think is a very good trade.
