Yes he is right again, because of there are two types of immune responses to covid...one of which promotes large percentages of false returns and the other that also returns false outcomes but less so (20% or so)....therefore there is a point where testing dies in its validity........testing is good for identifying clusters and new ranges but as a tool to identify numbers across an entire population it's a joke...the Chinese learned this quickly and dropped testing for GP level diagnosis for the is exact reason....we here are too magical to comprehend the same even 6 months later. Anitbody testing needs to be done so that we know how much of the population has/had been infected. 10% to 20% seems to be enough for herd immunity (like in New York or Italy or Sweden) as about 50% is already naturally immune (asymptomatic), total 70%
