SFR are also going for interest and damages or similar, in addition to the 4.1mil shares, hard to see any of that amount to much in a ruling, but you just never know.
Also, if SFR now tangle this case up with the Teth deal, somehow, it could drag on very badly and be very, very costly.
I don't like these legal actions, usually dump on the announcement, but ADT is just such an attractive ticker and my shares only owe me ~80c.
