I don't make up the date mate - but it seems pretty clear to me that it looks like 18th or 20th August perhaps at the earliest. Plus there is the statement that the Chief Justice can cancel the scheduled sitting date if there was NO motion filed for whatever reason's. But according to the dates , there was no sitting date available in their Court System on 31st July .....at least by the look of it with their ' Summer Session ' kicking in a couple of days prior to that.

So make of all that what you will - but the information is out there and should I guess be considered in the whole scheme of matters and timetables.....
