....And I note also that in 2019 the Courts leave for their ' Summer Session ' commenced on 29th July 2019 ......TWO days prior to the end of July. So if that held more or less true for 2020 , then the matter couldn't possibly had had a scheduled hearing sitting on 31st July or today in Canada. That's just my interpretation. So unless there is some sort of ' special ' hearing been penciled in for the 31st , I can't see it happening . Not much you can do about it right now anyway given the SP is still stuck at the capital raise pricing , and I highly doubt that it would be handled in such a manner as to just ' POP ' on a single day when announced.

The Market would already be factoring in the ' Whispering's ' with a gradual re-rating I would have though ahead of any such announcement. That in itself would suggest to me that the Market still believes there is additional time required in coming to a conclusion on these issues.
