Reading Mr Wongs analasis and given the current market conditions i still think there is a huge upside because the stability of the companies future has been secured . The unknown factor is possible sales of shopping centers and these only add to reduce debt. One thing i think should be included is the possible reintroduction of dividens if the debt is reduced sufficiantly .
