Refi announcement still not in....
CBA still have alot to answer for...
Michelmore still got to go...
Company Cash balance hasnt increased...
PH is still not 100% ours forever...
Refi date still December 29....
No M&A buyer for our shares...
Hoping CBA realise the errors of their way now....
When these criteria change...the guru will do cartwheels as we will see $1.55 rather than (55c-0c).
Hope this weekend is great for all longs. We have done it tough for a little while...
As a seasoned professional, when the money is in the bank and cleared or facility announced publicly in an ASX official response ill feel better.
But perhaps the tide just may be turning in our favour.
