ISX vs. ASX: Am I missing something? How is this NOT direct competition with ISX., page-11

I certainly hope you are right. ISX/HWLE are going to have a difficult time arguing against the listing rules since there seems to be a general opinion of ASX's right - as per ASIC's letter a couple of days ago to me:

"ASX is the frontline regulator for compliance by listed entities with their continuous disclosure obligations. Each entity admitted to the ASX official list, including ISX, is contractually bound to ASX to comply with the Listing Rules. ASX has the power to suspend securities of an entity from official quotation in a number of circumstances. These include when the entity is unable or unwilling to comply with a listing rule, breaks a listing rule or where the suspension is necessary to prevent a disorderly or uninformed market."

This cannot be looked at in the simplicity of these words, but from the more complex words of the regulation and the guidance documents. I am trusting that the bright people at ISX/HWLE & Mr Collingson have a groundbreaking plan.
