I am beginning to think there is a massive overhang from the last cap raising and the shares given to people from SA for the project.

The new deal with PJ and Co means they get free shares for milestones, it also means they have money to buy the stock on market and mop up any overhang.

They did not have this option before as the options were dilutionary. This way they have the ability to tighten up the stock This in conjunction with the consolidation.

I think we are going to be happy with the final result and although currently painful will look after everyone.
