50% is a sizeable chunk and far more than my initial understanding.
C&I are typically 2-7 years. If we lock Jemalong down on these terms, or preferably for fifteen years with a solid counterparty we'll have covered the construction cost and loan repayments, leaving only upside. I'll wait till we sign on the line but I'd consider us in an irresistible position if we land a 10-15 year PPA @ 50% before or near K2H financial close. That'll turn heads.
Forget about what it'll mean for the share price - a de-risked Jemalong puts us in a far better position to make a short-term investment decision on K2W, or develop other opportunities.
