I looked back to the last annual report last year there were 3 directors; Mount Grey Markoff and in July Markoff resigned. No info since so it’s Mount and Grey.

See OGX I imagine with Nickel hot that am OGX is about to be done on AVQ.

even though it’s the Sol Isles and China in control, I imagine being nickel there is always value to spin this into a new vehicle again see OGX.

So is there a preemptive strike thy can be done by current shareholders to protect our asset.

And what of the Australian gold tenements we own, surely there is value there to be spun.

Any resource lawyers here who might know how we can take control of either the SI or Aus assets?

We don’t seem to be insolvent yet, can we take over the company now? Can we approach ASIC ? What about calling a EGM? Are there class action or other lawyers?

I’m focussed on first the AUS gold ground but also obviously nickel

Can we the current owners take control of the company somehow, can we become its administrators?
