This is where it could get incredibly big(if i understand this properly). Currently the limiting factor for 4g and will be the same for 5g is available bandwidth. So you can't have everyone in Australia streaming Netflix over a 4g connection because there just isn't room for all of that data. Now if you can cut each users data usage down to what can be transmitted at 32kbps, surely that means you can fit a whole lot more users into that available bandwidth? So is HTG tech the key to massively increasing the usability of mobile communications for everyone? I imagine it would also speed up fixed line connections if you are able to transmit data with such an increase in efficiency?
