Sure, it might indeed be an issue.
We don't know.
But there are things that affect long-term health about which we definitely do know, viz. junk food, obesity, alcohol, smoking, stress.
Can you say why we shut down the country for something that might cause long-term health impacts, but we don't do anything nearly as dramatic for some things we know for certain do cause long-term health impacts?
