Only "..until the quarterly & 4C are released to the ASX..."
Which I'm sure will be the case in the morning or asap, when we can also hear whatever the announcement is that has caused the delay. If it is something highly material it might very well have been considered irresponsible to release the update without it.
No point fretting till we know. If the company doesn't make things a little clearer in the morning then I'm sure the ASX will. Far more likely to be a pending M&A announcement for example than anything deeply concerning.
