This cannot be looked at in the simplicity of these words, but from the more complex words of the regulation and the guidance documents. I am trusting that the bright people at ISX/HWLE & Mr Collingson have a groundbreaking plan.

I have interest in this post. Particularly the quote to the email you received from ASIC.

My question is:

The listing rules that are supported by a listing agreement and corporations act surely can't allow ASX to request a listed company breach any other laws or legislation.

This is what I am thinking some of the debate around disclosures is about. or GDPR and the Privacy Act.
