Again, so simple, just 100 MRX has the economics of $US 100m revenue. high margin 80% How much of the 2-4 Billion pie for HER 2, Prostate, Ovarian, will our Magsense carve - say, before you get that Biopsy, maybe you do an MRX to be avoid un neccesary, and if you are getting treated, then a follow up treatment and monitoring of staging, progression. Oh, and a piece of MRI 2.0 pie as well, get a good look at that area MRX picked up. Before we crack into the rest of the 60 billion dollar imaging pie. As well other new techs, MRX hand held, low field MRI, Newphase. You get the point. That this is going to over the next decade, all going well, many $$$M , maybe $B.
So if you are a predator, and you see the next phase of diagnosis, monitoring, and imaging, as well upgrade of MRI 2.0, how much do you pay ?
And they arent short of a penny either.
Would my ball park, of 500m takeover seem fair, at our early stage ? Given, that it would only take a shorter period to get devices commercial ? MRX goes commercial after pivotal study ?
Or if they wait until we are more advanced ? $ billions. The closer we are to actual revenues, the less discount, and higher the multiple on earnings.
It all comes down to how much money the 5th spoke MRI 2.0, and new 6th spoke MRX on that imaging wheel will generate over the next 50 years, and that has to be hundreds of Billions.
The mind boggles, of how much printer ink, if New phase get it on.
I wont be selling mine, because some other SI is flipping their scrip.
