It has to be. They have allowed 1 week too. I'd expect an announcement in the meantime to support the cap raise. Lets just hope if it is the fabled $80m, shareholders get a slice via a S.P.P.
If it is, get ready.
If this is a blatant cap raise, it will be extremely disappointing and would probably warrant a complaint to ASIC for misleading the market (all the comments about not needing a CR).
