isn't all this speculation only academic at the moment? considering the pargraph below from the announcement, this whole scenario could be thrown out the window by the time we get any consensus on this forum as to it's true ramifications.
"While the material terms for a refinancing on the above basis have, in Centro’s view,
been substantively agreed in principle between all financiers, no assurance can be given
that the documentation will be completed or that the final terms of any agreement for
refinancing will not be different from those currently contemplated and described above."
