Nemaska's extension is til September 4, 2020 not August 31, 2020. It should also be noted that September 4th is the beginning of the labor day weekend (Wallstreet Holiday) in the US, so if the "Foreign Investor" is US based they probably won't be working up to the deadline.
We would also be getting very close to Tesla's battery day date which is September 15th. I know this too was scheduled for earlier this year and extended, then extended some more. Interesting coincidence seems Sayona dates and Tesla's dates have been tracking pretty darn close to each other. Could it be that Tesla is one of the involved investors?
