    Some holders are drunk on Brad's Koolaid trying to put a positive spin the capital raise, just 5 months after the last one.

    If a strategic investor really wanted in and the company doesn't need the money, then the board should have forced the strategic investor to buy on market. The board has the duty to look after existing shareholders and not dilute their holdings every few months.

    Drink less koolaid please.
