Management is very careful once burned twice bitten as they say.
You can not spend money before you have it in the bank its pretty normal to make sure that you have the funds before you start to commit.
Everything according to the book and we have now reached the beginning of a new era for VMS.
You either be part of it or let slip it thru your fingers and miss out on the tremendous upside coming our way.
