    You are still missing the point. The FRG unit cannot produce hydroxyl radicals OH if there is no moisture in the air (H2O). Dry air with very little moisture does not give the base for the production of hydroxyl radicals because there are no hydrogen atoms in it!!

    The unit even in water still produces ozone!! It will produce far more ozone in dry air!!

    You still have not produced a shred of evidence for anything you have stated, no quotes from any linked information. AS I stated earlier, I'd like to be proven incorrect, but so far no evidence.
