On another note - isn't India's monsoon season in full swing now (June-Sept)? If so it would have to be another obstacle to launching according to the weather of the day. Makes it very difficult for them to try to dance around the weather and COVID - maybe it is more realistic to sit out both until October. I guess you'd have to be rocket scientist to work that one out.
