oil supplies are arguably on the deficit side of the tipping-point, but the short-term macro drop has miffed many holders that bought-in well-above 30c.
I'm in beyond the relatively myopic panic-driven short term, and that's when the real value and realization of NDO's potential value will bear fruit (IMHOKFCNE1).
