SIMMO........ I was referring to normal buying and selling of shares. Not associated with any super. I have this ruling given to me and choose to ignore it. This was also written as such in the Financial Review earlier this year and quoted by John Wasilev. My local Chartered Accountant in my home town is also aware of this ruling. But you may have contradicting information or wish to get your own ruling from the ATO. Contructive critisim if fine as we can all learn by it. Or agree to disagree..... GT.
