It may not be a fair comparison as Kogan is a traders' stock and TPW is more an investors' stock. KGN always go up and down much more than TPW. Today, KGN stock traded over $38M and TPW $5.5M. To move as much stock as KGN, TPW will probably be up by 30%.

Directors are human too, like me, they also like big mansions, nice cars and young super models. They all cost a lot of money. There is nothing wrong with directors selling shares PROVIDED that they can keep the earnings up. They don't have to worry about not having stock because they can always give themselves bonus shares, free options etc. to replenish the sold shares.

When a stock drops just because some directors sold some shares, I think it is a buying opportunity for us.
