no. 1 the BOD haven't been able to make a decision yet, even though everyone else can see it as a ' no brainer"
no. 2. why would the price go up 20% when management are happy to sell it for 20% less and all current holders are being diluted again.
it is also an interesting point that management never participate in cr's. they are exclusively happy to live off the shareholder teet with generous pay and options supplied at $0.001c. it certainly shows what they think
