Had a look at your website and to me you lot are just a bunch of losers. All you are trying to do is do more damage to the share price than has currently been done.
Its a pity mobs like you cant get constructive instead of destructive. There are a lot of companies hurt and destroyed by the credit crunch and not one person nor company is to blame. Blame should be put with the banks, governments, hedge funds and the like.
Unfortunately BBP like other companies did have too much debt and you were not there warning anyone of an impending crisis. I firmly believe BBP is going to be a strong company again in some form or another and litigants are not going to be the answer.
You are obviously so well endowed in the top story that you saw this coming but you invested anyway, perhaps you should be named as co-defendant as well, because someone may have followed you into the market also.
Get your act together and offer some encouragement, support and yes advice if you are able. Criticism and condemnation does not fix the current problem.
