I think the closures are already factored quite a bit into the pon, otherwise we'd have fallen to new sub 4 lows on the continuing inventory build up.
I am not prepared to take a position as to whether we hover around current pon for considerable time, or whether we get a decent recovery (above 6 usd )within 3 or 4 months? Imho though it would be very optimistic to expect much better first half of next year.
Alb has a struggle imho, but seems the Chinese are keen to keep it alive.
