It's difficult to believe the number of shareholders who didn't take up their offer. Not only do they get diluted they miss out on the options . Building a company is like building anything else, like a house for instance. If you stop half way....you lose... every time. I remember the words of an old basketball coach to his players. "you will miss every shot you don't take." Keep the faith.
