everybody is driven by self interest not charitable aims of helping company

if you are to invest significant amount you want to get most for your buck

therefore you make a call

1.invest significant amount now and drive SP up or
2. wait for CR hoping others do not discover the opportunity and to not drive the SP up allowing low price entry
