G'day @Guts I missed this post but it makes for interesting brief reading.

Obviously, it's only a small portion of a larger reply and I don't know the specific date of this extract, but taking a step back to look at the broader picture, it begs the following inquiry:

'Are these questions being asked by ASX purportedly as questions in an exercise of ASX's powers as the market licensee going directly to non-disclosure issues that they say are relevant to the ongoing suspension? Or, are they questions that should be coming from HSF directed to HWL, by way of a request for further and better particulars, on matters going to the issue of damages and causation in the Court proceedings?'

They have the look of the latter. If this is any way indicative of things to come, reaching agreement on the final form of the 2FASOC may not be as straightforward as hoped. (Particularly as ASX framed much of their opposing submissions at the recent Court hearing on a lack of particularity regarding issues of quantum and causation).
