Co-authored by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and KU Leuven, led by LSE. The study estimated that the median cost of bringing a new drug (one drug only) to market was $985 million, and the average cost was $1.3 billion. Thats US$ so in AUD just short of A$2 billion for 1 drug.
Given PAA has both a human and animal cancer treatment PLUS a highly likely anti viral for covid19 for a world screaming for a treatment, A$3 billion as a valuation for PAA is not unreasonable.
A$3billion /315 million shares = A$9.52 per share. Not unreasonable in my view but we all have our own views on valuation etc.
Knowing the above what value would YOU place on YOUR PAA shares if a big international pharma eg Lilly, came along and said i want your shares???
