@Dave Down Under agreed - I think what is likely happened is Peter/Oleg may have underestimated the challenge of closing military contracts and the extended tender period relative to their previous experience with technology products. Institutional Investors also likely underestimated how hard/long it would be and the long runway before DRO takes off is just too much for them now.
Mr James's comments in the AGM noting he feels DRO is at an inflection point should be a very encouraging comment to read from someone as experienced and respected as him. I've been listening to Oleg over the last few years and he also sounds far more confident and clear with his messaging.
