@n00bmasta, ISX's customers' ethics are immaterial. As long as a business is allowed to transact (i.e. regulators have not stripped it of its licence to transact) then ISX SHOULD have these businesses as customers and monitor their transactions for AML/ATF transactions.

I imagine banks have tons of unethical customers and police monitor lots of unethical people. The banks and/or police are only unethical if the bank knows a customer is transferring funds for child pornography, AML or terrorism funding and does nothing. A policeman is only unethical if he/she takes money from an unethical person and does not report them.
