The fact of the matter is that Scott Morrison's Liberal Party has made an absolute mess of the $For $Profit aged care sector and that Andrews even had to close down two public hospitals to free up staff and resources to enable the rescue and care of Victoria's vulnerable elderly residents from Morrison's Hell holes.
