how to value ozl share price

All of us sit and wait to hear what will happen.
Lets make some assumptions:

Lets say refinance happens and to keep things simple lets say the assets of the company are $3.5 billion (thats half of what I preston from JB Were just calculated the assts worth)
We take of $1 bill in debt it leaves 2.5 billion

That would still leave a value of around 80c per share.

With PH still about to start production, we should see dollars rolling in.
Anyone else care to put a value on the stock?
