my revised nta calc arrives at 1.711, page-33

In the FY08 presentation, slide 27, there was an amount of >600mil under "CER (Domestic)" falling due in Dec 09.

Does anyone know what it's about.

I think the negative sentiment on CER is to do with its still relatively large debt (64%). With falling property prices this leverage amount may get higher still, approaching the 70% level that brought about CNP's downfall.
