You buy a piece of a company because I assume you believe in what they are doing long term.
If that journey and growth outlook remains. Why sell?!Selling just because you have made some money is a bad long term strategy.Selling with a specific price in mind... Another bad strategy.Selling/trimming back when the price is in bubble territory and valuation ratios are extreme is a valid strategy.
Recommend looking at a CSL chart and seeing what your investment would be worth holding for a 10 year minimum.
IMO I see a huge growth runway and oppertunity to service countless inflammatory diseases. So if my holdings were to be in the millions from SP growth, a sale would still not be on the cards if the growth story hasn't changed.
Those millions will multiply and potentially be paying hundreds of thousands a year in dividends if held for long enough.
